Refunds and Return of Orders:
a) You have the right to cancel your order at any time prior to shipment. You may cancel your order by calling 1-800-957-7714, Monday-Friday, 9:30AM -5:30 PM Eastern Standard Time or writing to Secure Super Savings, PO Box 5737 Clearwater, Fl. 33758 Attention: Fulfillment Department. If you cancel your order prior to shipment, you will not be billed; To assure your order is canceled and your account is not billed, you must contact Secure Super Savings Customer Care at 1-800-957-7714 by 5:30 PM Eastern Standard Time a minimum of one business day prior to your order’s scheduled shipping date and receive a cancellation confirmation number. You also agree that you will be billed by Secure Super Savings, for your order. There will be a $25.00 fee for any returned payments either by check or by credit card. You agree that Secure Super Savings will bill you this fee as well as any uncollected fees that resulted in a NSF transaction.
Upon request to cancel a merchandise order on your behalf, Secure Super Savings can not refund any money deposited with Secure Super Savings for that order, unless the ordered product/service:
Has not yet been received by the vendor;
Has not yet been shipped to you;
Or the service ordered has not yet been performed for you.
In the event that the order has been processed, the shipment has been sent or performance has occurred, Secure Super Savings will use its reasonable efforts to seek a refund on a case-by-case basis. Products will be deemed acceptable by you unless Secure Super Savings is notified of your dissatisfaction with the delivered product within (15) working days of the time you receive it.
Digital Camcorders and Digital Cameras must be returned within 7 days of purchase. Simply call a customer care representative at Secure Super Savings to receive return instructions. Unauthorized or late returns may be subject to a restocking charge up to, but not to exceed 15% of the product cost. To avoid a restocking charge, please return your merchandise in the original box and packing, including all the accessories and the owner's manual. Do not destroy or discard packaging for 45 days. The value of missing accessories will be deducted from the credited amount of a return. Some personalized items and special order merchandise are not returnable. Certain merchandise may require manufacturer’s service first before the return is allowed.
c. Secure Super Savings reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this order at any time without notice. Secure Super Savings may cancel this order upon written notice.
